Version 4 · Effective 14 October 2026 · Rally Wild
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the Air Court web demo (the "Demo"), including guest play, email accounts and paid plans when available. By using the Demo — starting a match, dropping in, swinging a phone as a racket, or subscribing to Rally Wild Plus — you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Demo.
You must be 13 or older to play. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review the Safety rules and these Terms and agree on your behalf.
Purchases are for people 18 or older, or a parent or guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor. Rally Wild uses an age acknowledgement, not ID verification.
Rally Wild offers browser tennis, pickleball, ping-pong and racing. Try two completed guest matches across the four games without an account or payment card. Continuing after that sample requires a verified account and an active Rally Wild Plus subscription on the host’s game screen. Keyboard, touch and optional phone controllers are supported according to the game.
This is a demo product. It is not real tennis, coaching, or a substitute for a sport played with actual rackets. Features, unlocks, and availability can change.
Creating or verifying an email account does not require a payment card and does not start a subscription. Email verification alone does not grant Plus access. Sign-in links expire and work once. Keep access to your email account; it is how you sign back in.
Rally Wild Plus provides unlimited play of all four games on the subscribed host’s game screen after the free sample. Phone-controller guests joining that screen do not need their own subscription. Plus also includes the full Weekly Club challenge board, adjustable weekly activity targets and hosting tools shown before checkout. Game Night organizes playlists and host-entered results for players or teams taking turns or using the games’ supported local controls. It does not add online matchmaking or eight simultaneous player seats. Saved nights and history are stored on this browser, without cloud sync. The host’s shared screen displays its visual themes and celebration styles for guests. An email account alone is not a paid plan. Availability is confirmed in the app before checkout; this page does not offer a purchase.
Rally Wild Plus costs $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year in US dollars. Plans renew automatically until canceled. Checkout availability is confirmed in the app; if checkout is unavailable, no purchase can be started. Stripe displays the price, billing interval and recurring-payment terms before payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your account. No payment is taken by requesting a sign-in link or verifying an email account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues until the end of the paid billing period shown in the account unless otherwise required by law or the stated purchase terms. Existing legacy Party Pass purchases retain their browser-based unlock where supported.
You swing a real phone in real space. You are responsible for the room and for your body. Clear space. Do not swing near people, pets, TVs, glass, or anything fragile. Stop if you feel dizzy or in pain.
You play at your own risk. Read the Safety page before you play. The short acknowledgement in the Demo does not replace those rules.
THE DEMO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, AIR COURT AND THE OPERATOR ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE DEMO, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE DEMO IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS (US$10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
Do not misuse the Demo, interfere with checkout, or use Air Court in a way that harms people or property. Do not swing a phone where you cannot do it safely.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited. Courts located in California have exclusive venue, except where the law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The current version is 4. If we bump the version, the Demo may ask you to acknowledge again before you play or buy.
Version 4 (14 October 2026) describes the two-match free sample and Rally Wild Plus subscriptions, host and phone-controller guest access, and recurring subscriptions. Paid availability must be confirmed in the app.
For account or billing help, use the support link in the site footer when available. Reply to a verification email if a support reply address is provided. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
The court is a real-time 3D game running in this browser, and something stopped it before it could start. The technical details below say what.
The rules and the safety notes read fine on this screen either way: Safety · Terms · Privacy.
Try two completed matches free. Then Rally Wild Plus adds unlimited four-game play for $1.99/month or $14.99/year, with phone-controller guests joining the host’s screen included, plus playlists, manually recorded standings and nights saved on this browser. There is no cloud sync. Plans renew automatically until canceled, and you can cancel anytime.
