These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the Air Court web demo (the "Demo"), including exhibition play and Party Pass. By using the Demo — starting a match, dropping in, swinging a phone as a racket, or buying Party Pass — you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Demo.
You must be 13 or older to play. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review the Safety rules and these Terms and agree on your behalf.
Party Pass Checkout is for people 18 or older. A parent or guardian may buy Party Pass for a minor. Air Court uses a checkbox acknowledgement, not ID verification.
Air Court is a living-room tennis demo. One phone is the racket. A bot holds the far end unless Party Pass is on. Exhibition play (first game wins vs a bot) is free.
This is a demo product. It is not real tennis, coaching, or a substitute for a sport played with actual rackets. Features, unlocks, and availability can change.
Party Pass is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks a second phone invite and a full set in this browser, as the Demo describes at checkout.
Checkout is processed by Stripe. The unlock is remembered in this browser's local storage, so it survives a refresh and new tabs on this browser. If local storage is unavailable, it falls back to this tab only. We do not promise that a purchase transfers across devices, other browsers, private windows, or later versions of the Demo, and clearing site data clears the unlock.
You swing a real phone in real space. You are responsible for the room and for your body. Clear space. Do not swing near people, pets, TVs, glass, or anything fragile. Stop if you feel dizzy or in pain.
You play at your own risk. Read the Safety page before you play. The short acknowledgement in the Demo does not replace those rules.
THE DEMO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, AIR COURT AND THE OPERATOR ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE DEMO, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PARTY PASS IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS (US$10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
Do not misuse the Demo, interfere with checkout, or use Air Court in a way that harms people or property. Do not swing a phone where you cannot do it safely.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited. Courts located in California have exclusive venue, except where the law requires otherwise.
This governing-law clause is a placeholder for a later legal review. It does not create extra rights beyond what applicable law allows.
We may update these Terms. The current version is 2. If we bump the version, the Demo may ask you to acknowledge again before you play or buy.
Version 2 (16 September 2026) corrects the Party Pass section: the unlock is remembered in this browser's local storage and survives a refresh and new tabs, where version 1 described it as lasting for one tab only. Nothing else changed, and no new data is collected.
